All custom orders are non-refundable, as each item is uniquely made according to your specific requests.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery. After this period, I am unable to make corrections or adjustments.

Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after completion. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pick-Up:
Local pick-up is available in Fort Worth, TX. You will receive an email with the exact pick-up address 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
