This is for the purchase of designing rather it be for a shirt, party favor, necklace, etc. You will not receive a file. This basically covers me designing for a future purchase from you (the customer) and if you decide not to purchase an item then I didn't do the work for free. If you decide to purchase an item with the design the fee will go towards your total purchase. I will send a coupon when your ready to purchase.
