Turnaround time is 2 weeks. I go by the date needed that you provide when placing your order, so please be mindful when entering your event date. If you need your order sooner than the 2 week turnaround time, you must check with me before placing your order to see if I have availability. A rush fee may apply.
If you place an order for a date that falls before the estimated turnaround timeframe without checking with me first, and then later decide you do not want to pay the rush fee, you will not receive a refund. Last minute changes like this disrupt production flow and create a loss on custom work. Please reach out before purchasing if you are unsure.
Please note that the wash, style, and brand of the denim will depend on availability. Denim may vary between light and dark washes. Requests can be made, but are not guaranteed. I am not able to confirm the exact brand, style, or wash for every order unless discussed beforehand. Please ask any questions before your order is completed. No refunds will be given if you do not receive the exact wash, style, or color you wanted.
These are custom handmade items created for special occasions. They should be spot cleaned and hand washed only if needed. Because each item is handmade, small imperfections may occur, but nothing that affects the overall quality or design.
